Terms of Engagement

Terms of Engagement

Effective 17/06/2026. These terms set out the basis on which Fync provides its services. By signing up you agree to them.

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Fync Pty Limited (ABN 29 631 423 624). Fync provides outsourced accounting, tax, lending, insurance and related back-office services. Credit assistance is provided under Australian Credit Licence 407713. General insurance services are provided as an authorised representative of Community Broker Network Pty Ltd (AFSL 233750); full details, including how we are paid, are set out in our Financial Services Guide and Credit Guide.

2. Our services

We provide the services you select when you sign up, which may include any combination of bookkeeping, BAS and tax, lending, insurance and related support. The specific scope and any deliverables are confirmed with you in writing. Services not listed in your plan are available as add-ons, quoted separately.

3. Fees and billing

A one-off onboarding fee is payable upfront. Ongoing services are then billed monthly in advance by direct debit, with each monthly fee covering that month's service. Unless stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of GST.

Your plan is all-inclusive of the Xero subscription and our merchant fees, which we absorb. Your ASIC fees and your own tax liabilities are not part of your plan and remain payable by you.

Plan pricing assumes a transaction volume typical for your revenue band. Where your actual volume is materially higher, we may reprice your plan at a review, after discussing it with you.

4. No lock-in

There is no fixed term and no lock-in. You may cancel at any time, with no notice period and no exit fees. On cancellation we stop work and bill only up to the end of the current paid month.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information in a timely way, to keep your contact and billing details current, and to tell us promptly of any change in your circumstances that may affect the services or your obligations.

6. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy law.

7. Complaints

If something is not right, please contact us first so we can put it right. Our complaints process and external dispute resolution details are set out in our Financial Services Guide and Credit Guide.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
